We are looking for a for a People Support Specialist/ HR Coordinator III for our client, a global tech company in Austin, Texas.
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about Human Resources and specializes in topics related to employment, including benefits, compensation, personal data, HR systems, and web tools. This role supports employees across the U.S., Canada, and Latin America by providing timely, effective, and confidential assistance.

Responsibilities May Include
- Provide expert personal support to employees and managers across multiple lines of business and country locations.
- Ensure employee inquiries are properly researched and handled in a thorough, professional manner.
- Communicate with employees via phone and email to assess their needs and determine the appropriate level of support.
- Utilize strong analytical skills to research and resolve complex and sensitive issues.
- Take ownership of the employee experience, contributing directly to a positive company culture.
- Deliver exceptional customer service in every interaction.
- Accurately document employee inquiries.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, or French is preferred.
- Experience with Workday and ServiceNow is ideal, but experience with other enterprise HR systems (Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP, etc.) is also valuable.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and supportively.
- Strong multitasking abilities, including the ability to connect with employees while efficiently navigating resources, systems, and data.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality, demonstrating integrity in handling sensitive information.
- Ability to identify trends, propose solutions, and drive continuous improvement.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and analytical, with the ability to interpret and report on business metrics.
- Familiarity with macOS or a willingness to learn.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in employee support, with a strong understanding of the dependencies between company policies, benefits, payroll, and HRIS; OR
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service support with working knowledge of Human Resources.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Experience with HRIS systems (Workday, Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP, etc.).
- Experience with CRM systems (ServiceNow preferred).
- Experience with macOS preferred.
