Retail - Instructional Designer II

We are looking for an Instructional Designer for a top tech client in Austin, TX. This is a 12 month contract opportunity that requires a hybrid work schedule (3 days onsite), please only apply if you’re local to Austin and are okay with the onsite requirements.

Description

In this role, you’ll design and develop self-guided and instructor-led learning experiences for global audiences. The ideal candidate has experience designing and developing blended-learning solutions including, multi-media scripts, and action learning experiences. All while working collaboratively with project teams, SMEs, and stakeholders.

• 3 year’s experience in designing and developing learning materials
• Knowledge and understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies for classroom based, self-guided and virtual training
• Knowledge of learning technologies (LMS, LCMS, etc.) and ability to master new technologies quickly
• Ability to work effectively with multi-functional teams and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  
  

The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $46.36 - $50.21 per hour. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
