Visual Designer, PD&M Operations Talent Programs
This is a 12 month long, full time (40 hr/week), hybrid (Tues-Thurs onsite, M/F WFH) contract role in Culver City, California.
Summary
Product, Design & Marketing’s (PD&M) Operations team is seeking a Visual Designer to develop employee facing content that welcomes, informs and inspires individuals across PD&M on key internal programs and initiatives. The successful candidate is a self-starter who has a track record managing and delivering dynamic projects simultaneously with minimal oversight.
Our Ideal Candidate
In this role, you will take creative designs and adapt these ideas into products that communicate vision, priorities, and plans to team members across the PD&M organization. Partnering closely with PD&M Operations leadership and other team members in PD&M and Services, you’ll develop and translate content into a clear and compelling story—with pixel-perfect precision.
You will play an active role in updating and maintaining elements of the internal PD&M Chorus website and Keynote presentations to communicate initiatives and programs to keep employees connected and engaged. This is an opportunity to use visual design to communicate PD&M’s strategic priorities and enhance the employee experience and organization culture. Above all, the role requires a dedicated individual who understands high standards and design aesthetic to the core.
The position will also help build and manage a repository of communications templates for use by the broader PD&M Operations team, along with how-to guides and drop-in sessions to help the team build presentations as time permits.

The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $69.00-$71.00 per hour. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.

Our Ideal Candidate
- Passion for UX and design with 5 years’ experience creating graphic and design content
- Exceptional creativity in concept development, storyboarding, and problem solving
- Clear mastery of Keynote and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), with strong visual design and typography skills
- Excellent knowledge of macOS, iOS, and web platforms (expertise building websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus)
- Experience working across a variety of stakeholders and levels, including with project managers, senior leaders, and content designers
- Flexibility and resourcefulness to manage changing business requirements, projects, and resources, adapting accordingly and positively
- Familiar with best practices in building Keynote presentations for use within PD&M, and an ability to synthesize quantitive and qualitative information in an easy to digest manner
- Fountain of ideas and creative thinking who can think and implement quickly, laterally, independently or collaboratively
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail

- BA degree in Graphic Design, Instructional Design, Instructional Technologies, Information Design, or equivalent experience
- Experience working with Marketing, Communications and/or User Experience
