Our client in the beauty industry is looking for an Affiliate & Influencer Marketing Manager to join their growing team!
This is a full-time, fully remote position that will be working alongside the Marketing team.

The pay for this direct hire position ranges from $100,000-120,000 per year. Benefits include remote working environment, HSA, and unlimited PTO.

This is a full-time, fully remote position that will be working alongside the Marketing team.
YOU SHOULD HAVE:
- 3 years of experience in affiliate/influencer marketing (beauty, haircare, DTC/eCommerce industries preferred!)
- Understanding G Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms)
- Experience using various social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube)
- Strong knowledge of affiliate networks (ShareASale, CJ, Implace influencer platforms/tools)
- Experience with software, such as Figma, Slack, Frame iO, Shopify, Klaviyo, and Postscript
YOU WILL:
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive revenue, growth, customer acquisition, and broaden campaigns reach.
- Prospect and recruit high-performing affiliates/networks and leveraging micro/macro influencers that align with the brand's company goals for product launches, seasonal promotions, social media content, etc.
- Develop creative briefs and oversee content deliverables ensuring messaging and campaign objectives are met
- Track and report on performance metrics (including ROI, CPA, and LTV) and use data to optimize campaign strategies
- Stay up to date on industry trends, tools, and competitor strategies to keep all campaigns and programs competitive, fresh, and innovative
