As a Creative Project Manager, you will play a vital role in guiding creative projects from conception through to completion. You will ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the expectations of stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional project management skills, a strong understanding of creative workflows, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement detailed project plans and creative briefs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and define clear deliverables.
- Manage project timelines, schedules, and asset reviews to ensure all deadlines are met.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for both internal and external teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Adjust project scope, timelines, and objectives as needed based on evolving priorities.
- Communicate key milestones, project status, and updates to teams and stakeholders.
- Produce reports and analytics, including traffic reports, timesheets, and project status summaries.
- Oversee creative deliverable reviews, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and project goals.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and roadblocks throughout the project lifecycle.
- 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in a creative production environment.
- Strong knowledge of creative production processes and workflow.
- Ability to estimate production timelines and allocate resources efficiently.
- Exceptional project management, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with experience managing stakeholder expectations.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Workfront, Asana, Trello, or similar).
- Project management certification (PMP, Agile, or equivalent) preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Business, or related discipline).
