About the Role:

As a Partner Success Manager at Matic, you'll lead strategies to grow and optimize a portfolio of client partnerships, driving mutual revenue growth and helping partners achieve their goals. You'll collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer support, to deliver seamless service and measurable outcomes that align with Matic's mission to simplify insurance through embedded digital experiences.

Ideal candidates have a proven ability to drive partnership growth by leveraging data insights, consulting strategically, and influencing stakeholders at all levels. They excel at uncovering opportunities, leading initiatives, and executing tactics to deliver results, with a hands-on approach and a focus on achieving shared objectives.

Responsibilities:



  • Build trusted relationships with clients and partners, including C-level executives.
  • Understand client objectives to identify growth opportunities and improve performance.
  • Advocate for and execute strategic growth initiatives with partners.
  • Address concerns early, offering solutions and managing expectations.
  • Lead team initiatives to strengthen partnerships and maximize portfolio performance.
  • Provide performance insights and reporting to C-level stakeholders.
  • Develop scalable strategies to drive product adoption and long-term growth.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure successful execution of strategic goals.

Qualifications:



  • Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise partnership or account management, focusing on revenue growth, upselling, and managing complex accounts.
  • Proven ability to scale partnerships, driving business growth and market expansion.
  • Skilled in influencing and presenting at all levels, including C-level executives.
  • Strategic thinker with exceptional prioritization and execution skills.
  • High-EQ collaborator with a track record of building strong cross-functional relationships.
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and visualization.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and growth.
  • Views challenges as opportunities to consult and deliver value.
  • Experience in financial services, technology, or insurance is a plus.
