Responsibilities:
- Build trusted relationships with clients and partners, including C-level executives.
- Understand client objectives to identify growth opportunities and improve performance.
- Advocate for and execute strategic growth initiatives with partners.
- Address concerns early, offering solutions and managing expectations.
- Lead team initiatives to strengthen partnerships and maximize portfolio performance.
- Provide performance insights and reporting to C-level stakeholders.
- Develop scalable strategies to drive product adoption and long-term growth.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure successful execution of strategic goals.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise partnership or account management, focusing on revenue growth, upselling, and managing complex accounts.
- Proven ability to scale partnerships, driving business growth and market expansion.
- Skilled in influencing and presenting at all levels, including C-level executives.
- Strategic thinker with exceptional prioritization and execution skills.
- High-EQ collaborator with a track record of building strong cross-functional relationships.
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and visualization.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and growth.
- Views challenges as opportunities to consult and deliver value.
- Experience in financial services, technology, or insurance is a plus.
