Requirements
Job Responsibilities
- Post vendor invoices
- Reconcile receivables and related accounting schedules
- Issue checks for payment
- Order office supplies
- Act as a backup to our Biller and Typist as needed
Qualifications
- Organized and friendly personality
- Time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable and reliable self-starter, ability to work in a team environment
- Basic computer skills
- Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screening (THC excluded)
Salary : $15 - $18
