Job Summary
We are seeing a motivated and enthusiastic Car Wash Salesperson to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about talking with people and encouraging them to take advantage of our many excellent services and offerings at Matick Auto Wash.
Some examples of those services are car wash upsells, car wash memberships to our Unlimited Wash Club, interior details, express cleans, and more.
This is a flexible job. We will accommodate your schedule and needs. It could be full-time or part-time.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers as they arrive and assist them in identifying services and washes that make sense for their needs
- Provide detailed information about our wash club and detailing services
- Assist customers in the use of our kiosk wash purchasing system
Requirements
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Experience in car wash, cleaning, and detailing vehicles is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Ability to work outside
Compensation
- Compensation includes a competitive hourly wage and sales bonuses based on items and services sold. If you are motivated by your selling ability, this is a great position to earn!
Salary : $13 - $15
