Matikon produces high-quality components for vehicle interiors. We have manufacturing facilities in USA, Germany, Czech Republic, Serbia, and China.
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused IT Support Specialist to provide 1st and 2nd level IT support at our local site in Auburn Hills, Michigan. This is an entry-level position, ideal for someone eager to grow in IT support while gaining hands-on experience. In addition to daily IT support, you will assist in local IT projects and system improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide 1st and 2nd level IT support for hardware, software, and network issues.
· Troubleshoot and resolve problems efficiently, ensuring minimal downtime for users.
· Support and manage Microsoft 365 applications (Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, etc.).
· Set up, configure, and maintain Windows workstations, printers, and iPhones.
· Assist in user onboarding and provide basic IT training.
· Work closely with global IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
· Maintain IT documentation and follow best practices in IT service management.
· Provide hands-on support for IT projects, including system rollouts and upgrades.
Your Profile:
· Entry-level candidates welcome; IT support experience is a plus.
· Good understanding of Windows OS and Microsoft 365 applications (Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, etc.).
· Basic knowledge of networking concepts (IP addressing, Wi-Fi, VPN, basic troubleshooting).
· Strong problem-solving skills and a structured approach to troubleshooting.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
