Qualifications
Experience:
· Proven work experience as a front desk receptionist, administrative assistant, or similar role.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
· Proficient in using office software and equipment, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook).

Typical Responsibilities:
· Answer multi-line phone and direct calls to appropriate staff member or take messages as needed.
· Greet and direct walk-in clients, guests, and staff members in and friendly and professional manner.
· Provide accurate information and address inquiries from clients, customers, and employees.
· Set up and maintenance of filing systems as work progresses such as project numbers.
· Prepare documents such as transmittal forms based on staff member needs.
· Coordinate and arrange travel arrangements and accommodations for staff members when required.
· Prepare and distribute memos, letters, and other official correspondence.
· Assist with coordination and execution of company events and meetings.
