Job Title : Support Specialist II
Duration : 3-6mo to hire
Location : El Paso, TX
Hybrid Onsite 3x / Week
Required Pay Scale : $25 / hr
Due to client requirements this role is only open to W2 candidates
Job Summary :
The nature of what you do every day will not change your #1 goal is to help clients who have between 1- 49 employees. Still, every day will be different because the questions you receive will vary, as will the solutions you provide each client.
There will be no shortage of new questions you'll receive, which will keep things interesting, and our top-ranked training will help to set you up for success!
Must Haves
- 3-5 Years of experience Banking / Finance / Payments worldClient facing / Call Center Experience (help desk)
- MUST HAVE phone and email support, chat is a plus
- High Productivity call center experience (NOT high volume)
- Case Management
- Troubleshooting / Service request support
- Escalations
- Any CRM / HCM experience
- Prior benefits industry experience.
