Summary :
Project Coordinator with background in Cybersecurity domain i.e. Identity and Access Management, Risk, Compliance, Audit etc . Provide analytical support in executing internal control discipline and operational excellence
Responsible for end-to-end management and delivery of a material change for a project of moderate to high complexity within a single or multiple department(s) within a business unit. Leads and directs the work efforts of resources that may be functionally aligned as part of the project and / or organizationally aligned as direct reports. Responsible for the end-to-end integration of various work streams in order to deliver the intended project solution.
Responsibilities include :
Responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivery of defined deliverables which usually requires engagement from multiple teams such as a project or smaller program.Communicates the work objectives, coordinates delivery, manages risks, ensures compliance with standards, and provides end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables.Ensures execution and delivery meet the client’s expectations in terms of functionality, quality, timeline, and cost.Coordinates and facilitates routines to support delivery – e.g. kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, etc.Plans and coordinates delivery and dependencies across multiple teams.Facilitates dependency management / risk management / impediment removal for the defined deliverables.Promotes / facilitates communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and timeline.Gathers / facilitates status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks / issues, and schedule.Ensures that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements by working with the sponsor / stakeholders.Ensures deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards.Supports resource planning for delivery / execution. IAM Experience / Understanding or possess relevant experience in Security, Risk, Compliance, Audit domainExpert in / Advanced Microsoft ExcelCommunicating and interacting with stakeholders both vertically and horizontally to drive initiatives to conclusionWorks well independently with strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skillsAccountability for developing plans to deliver future state approaches and facilitating the implementationAbility to utilize sound business judgment and tailor solutions to ensure deadlines are met and risks are addressedOversees and assesses existing processes and workflows Proficient in problem analysis and solution designStrong Presentation skills, including preparing compelling presentations to senior-level executivesAbility to be flexible, adaptable, and proactively take initiative Executive presence and ability to lead meetingsAbility to influence senior leadership Project Management Experience, preferred Excellent knowledge of project management, standards, and processes in a complex program environment with multiple delivery partnersExperience working in SOR developmentStrong knowledge of MS Office applications Agile and waterfall frameworksStrong sense of quality and commitment to interact with internal or external clients effectively and professionallyAbout Matlen Silver
