The Facilities Project Manager is responsible for the management of the utility and infrastructure portion of manufacturing projects. This includes but is not limited to management of vendors, equipment moves, construction, and utility infrastructure upgrades. This role focuses on overseeing large-scale utility/infrastructure and construction projects, such as roof replacements, manufacturing equipment moves/landings and building upgrades. The Facilities Project Manager collaborates with internal teams and external contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, according to specifications, and most importantly projects are delivered safely.
REQUIREMENTS
- Issue Resolution: Lead troubleshooting and resolution of project-related issues, particularly HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, and utility infrastructure malfunctions and urgent building repairs.
- Project Management: Plan, execute, and oversee large-scale utility and infrastructure projects.
- Develop and manage detail project Gantt chart. Identify major workstreams, dependencies, and critical path.
- Develop risk management plan for the project – Identify, understand, and analyze risks, and develop and monitor risk response plan.
