Payments Project Manager - W2 Contract - Onsite in Charlotte NC

**MUST HAVE PAYMENTS TECHNOLOGY DOMAIN EXPERIENCE**

Hybrid onsite schedule, 3 days per week required in the office.

This job is responsible for planning and coordinating the execution of large program deliverables which requires engagement across multiple organizations. Key responsibilities include communicating target outcomes, coordinating delivery, resource planning, providing visibility of program health, and managing program risks, compliance and financials. Job expectations include ensuring delivery meets the client’s expectations in terms of the target outcomes, timeline, and cost and facilitating sync points between business and technology leaders and Risk and Compliance partners.

Responsibilities:

• May lead and coordinates routines to support delivery of large programs, such as kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates.

• Establishes target outcomes in partnership with stakeholders and leaders.

• Collaborates with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements.

• Facilitate dependency management/risk management/impediment removal across and between delivery teams / agile release trains.

• Promote/facilitate communication and collaboration across various team(s) to support value delivery and quarterly planning interval (PI) commitments.

• Responsible for status updates and reporting pertaining to Solution Train delivery/timelines/ impediments to stakeholders and leadership.

• Establishes and cultivates relationships with business and technology leaders across multiple organizations, as well as Compliance and Risk, as required to deliver solutions.

• Tracks success metrics and provides status updates to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to the target outcomes, delivery, performance, risks, issues, and schedule.

• Ensures adherence with Enterprise Change Management standards.

• Manages program financials and supports resource planning.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Project/Program Management

• Well versed in Project Mgmt within a Scaled Agile environment | Working knowledge, experience managing project leveraging Scaled Agile methodologies.

• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects at various stages of the project life cycle.

§ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and facilitation engagement skills including presenting to LOB senior leaders and financial/legal/compliance/risk partners.

• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, adaptation, and conflict-management skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to lead meetings, follow-up, negotiate and resolve ambiguity | Ability to communicate effectively at different levels within the organization.

• Strong experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Visio, Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint.

- What are the daily responsibilities and/or priorities? Managing project dependencies, define PMO intake and reporting processes, meeting facilitation, dependency mgmt., project plan definition and management, quarterly planning (PI Planning), Managing JIRA dashboards

- Who will be regular points of contact? Program and Project Mgrs, Technical Product Owners, Technology subject matter experts, PMO, Agile Release Train Engineers, QA

- Does the role involve client interactions? No external client, only internal stakeholders

- Any example projects and expected end-result? Will support a broad range of projects and programs in our space – example programs - GPS FX Payments & Receipts - External Mandates, GPS ISO 20022 - External Mandates
