Job Title : Project Coordinator

Job Summary : Project Details :
Provide administrative and project management support for a couple of our workforce engagement programs, including updating documentation, reviewing forms and surveys and follow – up for completion, running reports, managing incoming requests for internal and external stakeholders, updating SharePoint sites, and tracking project milestones.
Create, format, and analyze data using Microsoft Excel (, pivot tables, formulas, charts).
Develop professional and engaging presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint for internal and external use.
Deliver exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Conduct research, compile reports, and provide summaries of findings.
Handle other administrative tasks as needed to support the team.
Must Haves
Highly proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, advanced formatting) and PowerPoint (design, animations, templates).
Exceptional project management skills, including tracking progress and meeting deadlines.
Strong customer service skills with a professional and courteous approach.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
