Job Title: Data Architect

Hybrid: 2-3 Days Onsite Each Week (Florham Park, New Jersey)

Compensation: Up To $73/Hour W2/ Up To $84/Hour C2C

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Data Architect responsible for the design, development, deployment, and management of the firm's data architecture. This includes oversight of database systems, data management practices, and data security to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and governance across the organization.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience:
• 10 years of relevant hands-on experience in data architecture or a related field (excluding training periods)
• Minimum of 5 years of on-site client experience in similar technology and domain
• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field (Master’s degree preferred)

Technical Skills:

• Cloud & Infrastructure:
• Strong expertise in AWS services including S3, EC2, and Lambda
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaaS) and CI/CD processes
• Data Engineering & Architecture:
• Proficient in building and managing ETL pipelines
• Experience with data scheduling and orchestration
• Hands-on experience with Databricks, Unity Catalog, and Apache Spark
• Data Governance:
• Expertise in catalog management, metadata management, and lineage tracking
• Experience automating data dictionaries and governance workflows

Soft Skills & Leadership:

• Proven ability to ideate, strategize, and implement end-to-end data solutions
• Strong collaboration and leadership skills across cross-functional teams
