Job Title : UKG / Kronos Trainer (Learning & Development)
Contract : 4-6 Months
Location : 100% Remote
Rate : 85 - 95 / hr W2
This UKG / Kronos Trainer will work in the learning and development function to support new employees as they become familiar with the UKG and Kronos systems. They will be working with a cohort class of 12 to train them on functionality, processes, and guide their learning and development journey as they become acclimated to the systems.
- UKG / Kronos experience, including eTime and Workforce Management preferred.
- Degree in Education, Instructional Design, Human Resources preferred but not required.
- 5 years of training delivery experience
- Ability to manage new hire class cohort sizes of 12, multiple times a week
- Experience in training, service, implementation or equivalent knowledge / experience with pertinent HCM products / solutions.
- Knowledge of Cognition, adult learning, instructional design and
- delivery theories.
- Experience using WebEx or other virtual delivery tools such as VDI
- Prior ADP experience preferred
