Job Overview :
We are seeking a Lead Web Developer to join our Financial Client's team in Boca Raton, FL, for a 12-month contract. This role involves working onsite four days a week to develop and implement critical Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) solutions across both internal and client-facing applications. The ideal candidate will be ready to jump in immediately and contribute to a team that’s transitioning from foundational work to advanced security implementations.
Job Title : Lead Web Developer
Location : Boca Raton, FL (4 days onsite)
Contract Duration : 12 months (starting January)
Rate : $78 / hr on W2
Visa : USC / GC only
Responsibilities :
- Lead the development of secure web applications using the Microsoft stack.
- Build and manage custom APIs and ensure seamless integration with front-end technologies, particularly React.
- Collaborate with a team of 12 FTE developers to transition ongoing projects.
- Ensure compliance with NYDFS regulations, including MFA implementations and password security measures.
- Engage in technical discussions and decision-making, primarily with 1-2 technical leads (no coding exercises involved).
