- Evaluate new products for manufacturability and implement Engineering Changes.
- Collaborate with production team members to achieve successful assembly operations.
- Optimize manufacturing processes to ensure efficient and safe assembly operations.
- Participate in the RFQ process to estimate labor times and identify necessary equipment or tooling.
- Design and develop assembly jigs and fixtures to improve productivity and reduce waste.
- Research and recommend suitable manufacturing equipment.
- Develop optimal manufacturing layouts for safe and efficient production.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure product conformity to specifications.
- Promote a safe and healthy working environment.
Education Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering field or equivalent relevant education and experience.
- Strong computer skills.
