Responsibilities
- Collaborate with our design team to bring their vision to life, including custom pieces such as cabinetry, shelving, and furniture
- Construct and install framing, drywall, trim, and finishes
- Work with our project management team to ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget
- Maintain and repair existing structures and fixtures as needed
- Keep an organized and clean work area, including tools and equipment
- Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure a safe work environment for yourself and others
- Provide excellent customer service and communication with clients throughout the project
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as a carpenter, preferably in a residential setting
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in the use of hand and power tools, as well as woodworking machinery
- Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and codes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
