Description
The Construction Superintendent plays a crucial role in the success of our company. This position is responsible for managing customer expectations, effectively communicating those expectations to the production team, and ensuring seamless execution throughout the construction process.

Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the installation team for all remodeling projects.
- Communicate effectively with customers, subcontractors, and business partners.
- Enforce company policies and ensure job site safety and satisfaction.
- Coordinate and oversee all warranty and service calls .
- Conduct root cause analysis on service calls and implement improvements.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Foster a positive work environment and uphold company values.
- Review and address customer feedback, providing detailed reports.
