Responsibilities and Duties
- Conduct FBAs, VB MAPP, AFLS, and ABLLS-R assessments.
- Develop treatment plans using evidence-based practices.
- Supervise BHT or RBT workers providing 1:1 ABA therapy.
- Implement individualized treatment plans and programs.
- Collect data during sessions with clients.
- Reduce challenging behaviors such as aggression, property destruction, and tantrums.
- Analyze data to adapt and adjust programming.
- Support parents, teachers, and community officials.
- Model appropriate behaviors.
- Clinically support direct care staff.
- Establish communication coordination with other agencies.
- Submit paperwork including session notes, encounter logs, and treatment plans.
Qualifications and Skills
- BACB Certification in good standing.
- Behavior Specialist License required.
- Master's Degree in a mental health field and one year of experience working with children or adolescents.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
- One year of experience preferred.

Experience and Education Requirements
- Relevant experience: 1 year.
- Master's Degree required.
Certifications and Licenses
- BCBA certification.
- Licenses: BSL, LSW, LCSW, LPC, or Licensed Psychologist.
We require background checks, transcripts, clearances, Medicaid, Medicare participation, NSOR Verification, and Mandated Reporting Certificate (Act 31) for this position.
