Job Overview
We are seeking experienced professionals to provide behavioral therapy services in home and community environments.
Responsibilities
- Develop personalized treatment plans using evidence-based practices.
- Provide one-on-one therapy sessions, implementing individualized treatment plans and programs as written by supervising Behavior Consultants/BCBAs.
- Support parents, teachers, or community officials, modeling appropriate behaviors and providing clinical guidance to direct care staff.
- Implement consequences related to appropriate and inappropriate behavior, coordinating clinical information with other professionals and agencies.
- Exchange information clearly and concisely with relevant parties and concerns.
- Develop effective treatment systems and construct key growth experiences for clients and families.
- Provide positive role engagement interventions and improve secure caregiver-child attachments.
- Enhance executive skills and functioning for clients and families, increasing emotion regulation and distress tolerance/coping.
- Complete and submit all necessary paperwork, including session notes, encounter logs, treatment plans, and assessments.

Requirements and Qualifications
- Masters degree in mental health services or a related field.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
- One year of paid experience working with children or adolescents (preferred).
