What are the responsibilities and job description for the Level 2 Windows Support Tech position at Matrix Computer Consulting?

We are an IT services provider located in Old Town Manassas. Here is why we are in business: to provide the best possible IT support and solutions to our small business customers. This is important to us - small business are often left to their own devices when it comes to IT and we think that with better support and solutions that more small businesses will thrive.

To that end, we need a L2 windows engineer who has the following:

- Solid Desktop (Win 10/11) troubleshooting skillset.
- Understanding of networking
- knowledge of O365 / Azure
- Ability to manage small projects
- Some server experience
- Veeam experience very helpful
- Serve as an escalation point for L1 problems

Desire to grow their skillset in support of server support, server migrations, cloud services along with escalation support.

A couple of years of paid experience are necessary along with some experience looking after Windows servers / networking / firewalls.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $77,715.00 per year
