You will be responsible for overseeing 6-10 event projects at a time, all with different companies, clients, timelines, budgets and suppliers. Our new Rockstar Producer will seamlessly integrate our clients, Matrix Events, and our partner resources to execute flawless event experiences. We need someone who has done this before and is pining to produce more awesome events for our dedicated clients. We are looking for someone that has a natural attention to detail, his high-energy, is creative and is passionate about creating award-winning events!

Position Details: We are currently seeking an experienced Event Producer to oversee our live, hybrid & virtual corporate event projects.

Duties & Responsibilities: A successful candidate will be extremely organized and be able to manage the logistics of multiple event projects simultaneously.

Desired Experience: 5 years of corporate event management experience including meetings, conferences, and exhibitions. Event knowledge of venues, F&B, AV and budget management are required. In addition, basic computer skills such as MS Office, Google Docs and team communication software (i.e.: Asana, Slack) will be used frequently. 

Preferred Attributes: Proactive, smart, go-getter that can produce results by themselves, but know when to ask for help. A business, marketing or events degree is well-regarded, but not required. 

Working Environment: We have a hybrid work environment depending on what best suits the individual and the needs of their manager on a given day. Some in-person work may be required and therefore we are seeking a Candidate within the greater Denver metro area.
