Account Administrative Rep
A growing flavor development company serving the food and beverage industry is seeking an Account Administrative Rep to join our team. This is a position that will support purchasing, sales and finance. The person in this position will provide customer service to our clients in all aspects pertaining to fulfillment of purchase orders and the firms operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- · Track client purchase orders and provide clients with order confirmations of shipping dates from our manufacturing plants.
- · Update purchase order tracking spreadsheets when orders ship.
- · Inform clients of the shipping status of orders and update them on any changes pertaining to their orders.
- · Maintain receiving reports for all incoming deliveries to our lab.
- · Prepare purchase orders to vendors for lab ingredients, lab supplies and office supplies.
- · Support CFO with updating financial reports and spreadsheets.
- · Provide sales support to the head of Sales corresponding with clients and our plants on client flavor orders.
- · Update Dropbox with all sales related files pertaining to client orders, ingredient and flavor related documents, regulatory documents.
REQUIREMENTS:
- · Bachelors or Associates degree preferred. Business related degree a plus.
- · 1 to 2 years of experience, food or beverage industry related experience a plus.
- · Must have experience and well versed with MS Office – Excel, Word, Outlook also Adobe software. Experience with Dropbox software a plus.
- · Experienced with social media.
- · Must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- · This position requires being on-site in office four days per week.
Salary : $46,000 - $50,000
