Accounts Payable/Receivable Manager, known Seattle-based brand (HYBRID/Seattle):
New Accounts Payable/Receivable Manager opportunity with a well-known Seattle-based retail brand. Ideal role for 5 years (2 as a supervisor), BA preferred, experience in NetSuite. Manage the AP function, full-cycle – coding, routing, check runs, ACH/wires, cash flow analysis, vendor management, looking for opportunities to improve processes and implement/utilize systems to enhance the bill pay process and disbursement planning. Oversee AR, ensuring timely collections and incoming revenue. Assist with month-end close, account recs, audit support, supervise a team of 4 staff. Looking for a system-savvy, people leader, able to plug and play and manage AP/AR for multiple entities and at parent company level. Comp range to $120K, great benefits, free parking, HYBRID schedule in South Seattle.
