Accounts Payable Manager, expanding Seattle non-profit (HYBRID/Seattle): NEW Accounts Payable Manager position with a growing national non-profit in Seattle. Looking for 5 years (2 years as a supervisor), BA in Accounting or related, leading a team of 4. Review, process invoices, ensure proper coding, manage approval workflows, weekly check runs, own the P-card program, vendor management, 1099’s. Oversee AP compliance, design and implement internal controls. Assist with month-end close, account recs, AP aging, audit schedules, help with budgeting and forecasting. Act as SME for ERP system issues, troubleshooting, customization. Comp range to $95K DOE, excellent benefits, onsite in Seattle with option to move to HYBRID after training.
Salary : $85,000 - $95,000
