NEW FP&A Manager opportunity with a premier transportation services leader in Seattle. Corporate FP&A role, ideal for 4-7 years experience, also folks coming from investment banking. Own the corporate financial models, working on enhancing and updating it as well (3 statement model). Long-range planning, modeling performance, capital expenditures, working capital, M&A, consolidation of large business units. Prepare forecasts for banking, covenant calculations. Ad hoc analysis; competitor, trends, M&A, due diligence, valuations analysis. Prepare Board materials, regulatory compliance, risk tracking, design and deliver insightful reporting packages.
