We are currently seeking an experienced and licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our telemedicine team. You will be responsible for assessing patients’ medical histories, developing personalized treatment plans, and overseeing their progress through virtual consultations. This role is ideal for a passionate provider who values patient-centered care and has expertise in hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and endocrinology.

• Conduct comprehensive telemedicine consultations to assess hormone imbalances, metabolic disorders, thyroid dysfunction, and overall wellness.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including hormone replacement therapy, peptides, and weight management protocols.
• Prescribe and manage medications, ensuring patient safety and efficacy based on clinical best practices.
• Educate patients about HRT, metabolic health, and lifestyle modifications to enhance treatment effectiveness.
• Monitor patient progress through virtual follow-ups and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal medical regulations, HIPAA guidelines, and telemedicine best practices.
• Work collaboratively with a team of specialists in endocrinology, functional medicine, and wellness.
• Stay updated on advancements in hormone therapy, peptides, and weight management medications.

✅ Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in the State of Florida (multi-state licensure is a plus).

✅ Minimum 2 years of experience in Family Health, Endocrinology, Urology, and/or Hormone Replacement Therapy is preferred.

✅ Experience with telemedicine is a plus.

✅ Unrestricted DEA license with experience prescribing Schedule III controlled substances.

✅ Availability Monday - Friday during business hours.

✅ Strong knowledge of FDA regulations, telehealth best practices, and hormone optimization.

✅ Exceptional communication skills with a patient-first approach.

✅ Proficiency in EHR systems and video consultations (or willingness to learn).

✅ Passionate about hormone optimization and evidence-based wellness care.
