Are you ready to take your career to the next level in the manufacturing world? Matrix Pack North America, a leader in sustainable paper straw manufacturing in the Pacific Northwest, is seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team.
What You'll Do:
- Maintain and troubleshoot state-of-the-art machinery to ensure seamless operation.
- Quickly address mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
- Work with operators and management to resolve problems and improve production processes.
- Perform basic forklift operation and other hands-on tasks in the maintenance shop.
- Participate in a dynamic, growth-focused environment with a small, dedicated team.
Training Schedule:
- Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM until mid-May.
- After training, work a flexible 8-hour shift between 2:30 PM - 6:00 AM to suit your schedule!
Wages:
$32.00 - $38.00 per hour (based on experience) Benefits!

What We’re Looking For:
- At least 1 year of mechanical experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Familiarity with hand and power tools.
- Experience with basic electrical systems is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a “go-getter” attitude.
- Bilingual (Spanish or other languages) is a plus, but not required.
