As Aftermarket Parts Sales Manager, you’ll lead a team that contributes to the success of the organization by strengthening relationships with customers and growing the aftermarket parts business. This position is located in Grafton, Wisconsin and reports to the General Manager.

Does this work interest you?

  • Provide in-depth aftermarket parts sales support with a goal to exceed company aftermarket part sales orders and revenue targets.
  • Direct the training and leadership of Aftermarket Parts team. This includes coaching, performance reviews, discipline, delegating assignments and work.
  • Understand our customers' business requirements.
  • Increase parts sales volume through direct-sales efforts and managing all aspects of the sales cycle.
  • Build relationships and build customer confidence through positive customer contact.
  • Generate and follow-up on quotations.
  • Demonstrate strong negotiation abilities.
  • Liaise between part sales and engineering to develop solutions for customer needs and specification.
  • Some travel is required.

  • Associate’s degree preferred (general, business, or technical studies).
  • Seven or more years of industrial equipment industry experience.
  • At least 2 years of Progressive Management Experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to effectively present information to internal and external associates.
  • Excellent negotiation & customer relationship building skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize projects in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented business environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor, coach and provide direction to a team of employees.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and ownership with focus on continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrated ability to foster customer service disposition and sense of professionalism for self and team.
  • Demonstrated ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret. Excellent attention to detail.
  • Solid understanding of the organization's business operations and industry. Demonstrated business acumen.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
