Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory:
Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory:
- 10 or more years’ experience with Software Engineering;
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent;
- 5 or more years' experience with document management development including scanning, indexing, storage and disposition of records;
- Knowledge of document management systems, experience with data entry, file organization, and familiarity with relevant compliance regulations,
- Implementation of custom API processes;
- Support of document capture software; Kofax Capture, IBM DataCap or similar;
- ECRM implementation experience; Hyland OnBase, IBM FileNet, Oracle, MS SharePoint or other;
- Strong analytical skills to identify current technology use and effectively recommend alternative solutions;
Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are desirable:
- Experience with state government records management programs is a plus;
- Experience with Office of Technology (OTS) Enterprise Architecture is desired.
The scope of the proposed services will include the following:
- Review current technology (hardware and software) used for managing agency records and recommend any changes needed to address inefficiencies, maintenance issues, scalability, recoverability, and security risk including:
- Agency scanning capability;
- Document repository and indexing;
- Identify all methods of document creation and acquisition;
- Integration of other systems;
- Searching, retrieving and sharing records both internal and external;
- Tracking document lifecycle for both electronic and physical records;
- Participate in all data gathering sessions;
- Provide a gap analysis of current technology to future needs;
- Estimate cost and effort of future state.
Salary : $75,000 - $120,000
