All Positions are required to be available for in-person meetings at the Louisiana DOTD Headquarters and other State Facilities as required by the agency and its staff within 24 hours’ notice.
- Resource is located within a 90 mile radius of DOTD HQ or
- Domiciled in Louisiana
- Travel throughout the State to support DOTDs Local Government Road Data Sharing initiative
Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory:
- ESRIs Suite of Desktop and Enterprise Software
- Usage and development of Desktop software (ArcGIS Desktop and ArcGIS Pro)
- Deployment and implementation of ESRIs Enterprise for ArcGIS platform
- Configuration and development of web applications
- Publishing of web services
Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are desirable but not mandatory:
- Development and implementation of ESRIs Roads and Highways Linear Referencing System
- Leveraging Safe Software’s FME Enterprise subscription
- FME Form for workflow process development
- FME Flow for automation of workflows
- Deployment of VertiGIS Studio for enhancement of ESRIs Enterprise for ArcGIS platform
- Deployment, development, configuration and implementation of HPMS and SLD Manager software

Salary : $65,000 - $90,000
