Full-time Accountant needed for well-established fast-paced business in Brookville. We are looking for a dedicated individual that is confident, resourceful, demonstrates initiative and can multi-task to join our team.
Essential Duties:
· Daily transaction entries
· General bookkeeping
· Banking
· General Ledger analysis and financial reporting
· Sales Invoicing processing
· Cash monitoring
· Aged Accounts Receivables
· Creating journal entries
· Filing
· Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred or Associates degree with experience
· 2 years accounting experience required
· A fundamental understanding of accounting procedures is essential.
· The capability to work with others throughout the business entity is pivotal.
· Strong computer skills and proficiency in Excel is required.
· Human Resources & payroll experience valuable.
· Must be detail oriented oriented, organized and accurate
· Dependable, punctual and have a proactive attitude
· Sales invoicing experience a plus
· MS Great Plains experience a plus
