What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant (part-time) position at Matson Lumber Company?
Matson Lumber Company is a well established, family-owned Company in Brookville. We are seeking 2 part-time, entry-level Administrative Assistants to support our Brookville and Corsica Yard facility.
Duties include:
- Enter and validate production data into lumber inventory system
- Process inventory data accurately and timely
- Records, validates and check-in lumber deliveries
- Manage office materials and supplies
- Phone reception and other clerical support as needed.
- Support Safety and Human Resources
Requirements include:
- Minimum High School diploma or GED required
- 1 year office experience in a business office environment required
- 1 years experience with MS Outlook and Excel required
- Must have good organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail is required
This position offers flexible hours, Monday-Friday. Normal work week will be 25-29 hours/week. Matson Lumber is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
