About the Role
Gain real world experience as an Intern in Matson's Tax Department.
What you'll do:
- Assist with preparation of corporate, sales/use and property tax returns and supporting documentation.
- Implement and test new tax provision model.
- Prepare and revise tax department process manuals.
- Perform tax research and planning, especially as it relates to new U.S. tax reform.
This internship may last longer than the summer as a part-time internship during the school year.
You have these skills:
- Self-motivated with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
And these qualifications:
- Rising Junior or Senior in active pursuit of a Bachelor's Degree.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher.
