This role is essential in maintaining accurate data and supporting key business functions.
Daily Tasks
- Input and maintain accurate data in ERP system and Salesforce.
- Support order processing and tracking
- Generate sales, inventory, and operational reports
- Assist in preparing reports for management and internal teams.
- Field telephone calls for Service Requests from distributors and customers.
- Documentation Management: Maintain accurate and organized records of service reports, work orders, and customer information. Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible
- Assist with coordination of bi-annual tradeshow organizing and directing machine arrival schedules at Matsuura booth and tear down of the same for return shipping.
- Prepare spreadsheet analysis, internal communication pieces, written reports, management summaries and miscellaneous service reports as needed
- Assist Logistics department with data input and reporting
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and data management systems.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with ERP or CRM software (preferred)
