Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals with a sales background (no insurance experience required) to join our team as Aspiring Insurance Agents. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn the ins and outs of the insurance industry, develop sales skills, and build a successful career as an insurance agent. You will receive comprehensive training, work directly with clients, and be mentored by experienced professionals.

Responsibilities

• Client Engagement: Work with leads to develop relationships, understand client needs, and provide suitable insurance solutions.
• Product Knowledge: Learn about various insurance products and coverages to effectively advise clients on their options.
• Sales Production: Engage in day-to-day sales activities, including prospecting, quoting, and closing sales to meet targets.
• Mentorship: Participate in a structured mentorship program, receiving guidance and support from experienced agents and managers.
• Customer Service: Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and handle any policy changes or claims.
