Associate Attorney

The ideal candidate will provide legal counsel, conduct research, draft legal documents, and represent clients in various legal matters. This role requires excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple cases effectively.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on a range of issues, including [insert relevant practice areas, e.g., corporate law, employment law, litigation, family law].
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, mediations, and administrative proceedings.
- Prepare for and participate in trials, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations.
- Review and analyze case files, statutes, regulations, and precedents to develop effective legal strategies.
- Maintain strong client relationships by providing regular updates and clear communication.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys, paralegals, and other legal staff to ensure efficient case management.
- Ensure compliance with all legal standards, ethical obligations, and firm policies.
Associate Attorney Qualifications and Skills:
- Communication & Consultation Proficiency (Strong People Skills).
- Experience in litigation, contract law, or corporate law (or specify industry-related experience).
- Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.
- Excellent Telephone Etiquette
- Cultural Awareness.
- Relationship Management.
- Attention to Detail.
- Ethical Practice
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Juris Doctorate
- Admission to the State Bar of Arizona
- Proficiency with Document Review Software
- Working knowledge and competency with case management software is preferred.
- Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
