Parts Warehouse- Shipping and Receiving

Description of the Role:

Mercedes Benz of Melbourne is currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Parts Warehouse- Shipping and Receiving. This role will primarily involve managing the inventory of parts in our warehouse and ensuring efficient shipping and receiving operations.

Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming parts shipments and verify accuracy of orders
• Inspect, label, and store parts in designated areas of the warehouse
• Process outgoing shipments, including picking and packing parts
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipments using computer systems
• Perform periodic inventory counts and audits
• Handle any returns, exchanges, or warranty claims related to parts
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics role is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management software
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time
