ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Our Agency is searching for the qualities of a detailed customer service advisor & competitive producer all in one! Attention to detail and multi-tasking is a must in this role. As a State Farm Team Member, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equip you to communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Service current clients, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
• Detailed documentation, and timely processing of all daily transactions.
• Work alongside your agency’s team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Sales and Customer Service experience preferred.
• Dependable & adaptable.
• Ability to effectively relate to a customers and others on your Team.
• Property & Casualty license(pre-licensed preferred, but not necessary)
• Team-oriented while also being a self motivated.
• Responsible, accountable, great communicator, willing to learn.
