We pride ourselves on being factory service professionals dedicated to providing exceptional yet affordable service to our customers. **Duties:** - Handle inbound customer inquiries regarding appliance repair services. - Conduct outbound calls to schedule service appointments and follow up with customers. - Analyze customer concerns and provide accurate information and solutions. - Communicate effectively with customers to ensure a positive service experience. - Perform data entry tasks accurately to update customer information and service records. - Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when interacting with customers. - Assist bilingual customers in both English and Spanish languages. - Utilize multilingual skills to cater to diverse customer needs. **Experience:** - Proficient in English with strong verbal and written communication skills. - Experience in outbound calling and customer service roles preferred. - Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. - Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus. - Strong data entry skills with attention to detail. - Familiarity with phone etiquette best practices.
