Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of both the interior and exterior of vehicles, including vacuuming, washing, waxing, and buffing surfaces.
- Conduct custodial duties to maintain cleanliness in the detailing area and surrounding spaces.
- Interact with customers to understand their specific detailing needs and provide excellent customer service throughout the process.
- Drive vehicles safely within the facility for cleaning and detailing purposes.
- Use appropriate cleaning products and techniques to ensure high-quality results without damaging vehicle surfaces.
- Maintain inventory of detailing supplies and report any shortages or equipment issues.
Skills
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Experience in custodial work or automotive detailing is preferred but not required.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Proficient in various car wash methods and buffing techniques.
- Ability to drive vehicles safely and responsibly in various conditions.
