- Ability to know and offer available services.
- Maintain and organize files, ensuring easy access to important documents.
- Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, document preparation, and correspondence.
- Utilize CRM for scheduling and employee tasks and financial record keeping.
- Support team members with various administrative and jobsite tasks as needed.
- Ensure the office and shop environment is tidy and well-organized.
Skills
