About the position
The Matt’s Assistant Club Manager role is designed for an individual who is passionate about Hospitality, Sport, and Health & Wellness. An inspirational leader driven to develop a team in a constantly evolving environment. This position focuses on building a successful business while nurturing talent and inspiring others to achieve their personal best. The role combines hands-on experience with training and mentorship.
Responsibilities
Work closely, support, and collaborate with the Club Manager, Club Professionals, and Club Ownership.
Act as a Matt’s ambassador, dedicated to achieving results through effective team leadership.
Engage and develop the skills of team members to help them realize their personal best as individuals and as a cohesive team.
Maintain extraordinary rapport with members and positively influence the member experience.
Drive revenue leveraging business acumen, efficiency and problem-solving skills to grow a successful business.
Requirements
Previous management/supervisory experience in hospitality, retail, or service environment.
Strong communication, coaching and mentoring skills.
Knowledge of financial management and business operation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
