Program Overview

Phase 1: Warehouse & Operations
You’ll spend your first six months in our warehouse and B2B wholesale division:
Learn warehouse operations including receiving, shipping, inventory control, safety, and layout
Participate in order processing, sales support, and administrative workflows- Operate equipment like forklifts and electric pallet jacks (training provided)
- Understand how we move, manage, and protect product
- Get exposure to process improvement and basic team leadership
Phase 2: Retail & Front-End Operations
Your next six months will be in our retail store environment:
Work alongside managers on daily retail operations and team leadership
Gain hands-on customer service experience at the front end- Learn merchandising, inventory control, and floor layout
- Assist with purchasing, product selection, and seasonal promotions
- Support marketing and in-store engagement strategies
What We’re Looking For
A highly motivated, hands-on individual who wants to build a career, not just find a job
Bachelor's degree preferred (any major welcome — we care more about mindset)- No specific experience required — we’ll teach you everything you need to know
- Strong communication skills and a humble, team-first attitude
- Willingness to lift up to 50 lbs and operate equipment when needed
- Flexibility and grit — this program is challenging by design. Please expect to put in some serious hours.
