Mattapan Health & Rehabilitation Center, for years, has met the short-term rehab, long-term care and respite care needs of patients and their families. Located within walking distance of the “Trolly” station in Mattapan Square, this 85-bed facility provides a tranquil environment for our patient-centered approach to care.
Shifts Available:
- Day (7a-3p) Weekend
- Evening (3p-11p) Weekend
- Night (11p-7a) Weekend

Job Requirements:
- MA Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- 1 year of prior experience working as an LPN in a skilled LTC setting preferred
