- Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and lead the agency's strategic vision and goals, aligning them with the overall business objectives and client needs.
- Drive proprietary insights and thought leadership development initiatives, fostering a culture of innovation and pioneering strategies that set MATTE apart in the industry.
- Client Collaboration: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business objectives, market trends, and competition, enabling the development of effective creative strategies.
- Team Leadership: Build and lead a team of strategists, providing mentorship, guidance, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and potential threats.
- Campaign Development: Oversee the development and execution of creative campaigns, ensuring they are in line with strategic objectives and meet client expectations.
- Data Analysis: Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and refine strategies, including performance metrics and ROI analysis.
- Budget Management: Manage the budget allocated for strategic initiatives, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Client Presentations: Present strategic proposals and campaign results to clients in a compelling and persuasive manner.
- Thought Leadership Development:
- Spearhead the creation and dissemination of thought leadership content, including whitepapers, industry reports, and presentations, showcasing the agency's innovative approaches and insights.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with industry influencers and experts to enhance the agency's position as a thought leader in the field.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the creative, accounts, and production teams to ensure seamless execution of creative strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 12 years experience in a strategic leadership role within a creative agency or a similar industry.
- Strong understanding of market research, consumer behavior, and emerging trends.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
- Data-driven decision-making and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Salary : $200,000 - $240,000
