About this role :
As the Senior Designer at MATTE, you'll serve as a strategic and conceptual design leader within our creative department. Operating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, you'll collaborate with multiple brands across the agency. Your responsibilities will encompass owning the design process from ideation to execution, driving results-oriented solutions while remaining adaptable to performance analytics. Reporting to the Associate Creative Director, you'll be tasked with :
Design :
- Conceptualizing and crafting engaging, innovative, and functional experiences for branded content.
- Ideating and executing pitches, materials, and mocks to support client deliverables.
- Working across various clients, ensuring consistency while tailoring designs to each brand's specific needs.
- Leading creative projects from concept to production, collaborating with producers and project managers for seamless delivery.
- Assisting the New Business team with presentation delivery and pitch review.
- Creating visually compelling client decks aligned with designated style guides.
- Maintaining organized working files and adhering to best practices for file preparation, delivery, and archiving.
- Participating in weekly creative meetings and brainstorming sessions.
- Receiving design direction from Creative Directors, Art Directors, and Associate Creative Directors to enhance visual compositions.

Salary Range : $110,000 - $130,000 / year based on experience
